How long will it take to arrive?
We pride ourselves in getting your deliveries out the next business day, however this is not always possible!
If you need your item sent via express post, please get in touch with us prior to ordering and we can arrange for you.

My parcel says its been delivered but I have not received it?
In the unfortunate event that your item is lost or misplaced during delivery, Arbor Tough will not be directly liable for any loss, damage or theft to any goods whilst in transit. However, if your item/s arrive damaged, please be sure to contact us via email. 

Will I be notified of tracking updates?
Yes, once your parcel has been sent we will send you tracking details that will allow you to keep up to date with your parcels arrival. 

My parcel arrived, but my dog destroyed it!
Please note that Arbor Tough will not be held responsible for any items that have been lost, damaged or stolen by pets. Please make sure that you have a safe place for your parcel to be located if you are not home.

Our tarpaulins are made from 900GSM Rip Stop PVC. Although these are heavy duty tarpaulins and can withhold extreme situations, sharp enough opbjects can cause the tarpaulin to become damaged. In the event that a hole does occur, it generally takes a lot of direct force for it to become larger. We do not reccommend forcing/pulling/tugging over hole.

Please ensure that no sharp objects are being used on top of or underneath the tarpaulins.

Tarps are to be stored in a dry place.

If cleaning the tarpaulins, a wet microfibre cloth is best. Please do not use any chemicals.

Although the tarpaulins can hold significant weight, we do not reccommend lifting above the ground using machinary.
